Successfully maintaining your playground begins with a plan. Identify the elements available for your park. Then identify what needs to be maintained daily, monthly, and annually. Knowing this, you can decide what activities you can do, which tasks are left to employees, and which tasks are outsourced to experts.

2. Check your indoor playground daily

Start your work day with a check-up or have an experienced employee involved in this routine. In such a daily inspection, you need to check the condition of all playground equipment in the park. This prevents small defects from becoming expensive repairs or having to replace complete parts. Is the net still the same? Is the pipe cover ok? And does the trampoline still have all its springs?

Check the connections of the rides monthly. Most of them are hidden under the cover of the elements and are therefore visually hidden. Also check that the sidewalks in the structure are complete and that the net is still installed correctly. Finally, check that the connections in the slides are correct and that the hanging game elements are fixed in a way that won't pinch your fingers.

Nets are among the most easy-worn elements in indoor playgrounds or trampoline parks, however they play a very important role in ensuring the safety of visitors. So invest in expertise and learn how to make the right knots.

 5. Soap water is good enough to clean

Why make it harder when you have a simple way? To make your park equipment clear of dirt, you only need a bucket of soap water, or you can go to supermarket and buy standard multi-purpose detergent, no need to buy any expensive chemical cleaners. Wipe all areas within your reach with a wet cloth, then you will again have a neat park.

Except the daily and monthly inspections, we also recommend that a overall inspection be performed by an expert at least once a year. All playground equipment should be inspected during a thorough annual inspection. After the inspection, make a list of all parts that need replacement and enquire the manufacturer you cooperated with.
